Introduction

Technical details are provided to better familiarize users with the ASCT environment. This section is, however, not crucial for running analyses.

All the ASCT functions have names starting with 'sc_'. They are automatically launched by the sc_initAnalysis script when the analysis file called ExSetup is launched within Matlab.

Data are saved in files based on FieldTrip format with some additional fields up to AR1 (stage 3)
